Have you heard the news today?  Straight from the Basketball Hall of Fame....

Legendary coaches Phil Jackson, Dr. Jack Ramsay, Jody Conradt and Lou Carnesecca head the list of presenters as the Basketball Hall of Fame today announced the list of Hall of Fame players and coaches who will honor and present the inductees at the upcoming 2011 enshrinement to be held Friday, August 12 at Springfield Symphony Hall.

As part of the Basketball Hall of Fame's tradition, the incoming members of the Hall of Fame are each asked to select a previous inductee to accompany and present the new member to the Hall as part of the enshrinement ceremony. The choice is solely the decision of the incoming Hall of Famer.
The Class of 2011 inductees include former St. John's University, Golden State Warriors star and 1992 Dream Team member Chris Mullin; five-time NBA champion Dennis Rodman; ABA/NBA legend Artis Gilmore; four-time NCAA women’s coach of the year Tara VanDerveer; four-time Olympic gold medalist Teresa Edwards; Olympic gold medalist and NBA, Euroleague and Lithuanian league star Arvydas Sabonis; all-time NCAA wins leader coach Herb Magee; eight-time NBA champion Tom “Satch” Sanders; coaching legend Tex Winter.  Also, Former Harlem Globetrotter Reece “Goose” Tatum will be honored posthumously.
