You Can't Teach Height, Quickness

You can't teach height.

That was the rallying cry for Utah Jazz Coach Frank Layden when he spoke about 7-4 center Mark Eaton who honed his skills and eventually became a two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year as he played 875 games, all for the Jazz.  So, today I ask? Can you teach quickness?
