The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame will announce the finalists to consider for enshrinement in 2010 at a press conference in Dallas, Texas this Friday at 11am central time. NBA TV will be carrying the press conference announcement as it tips-off a full day of media activities as part of the all-star weekend.
